Patch tests are required for certain treatments (e.g. lash lifts/tints). Please inform me of any medical conditions, skin sensitivities, or medications (e.g. Accutane) before your appointment.
Preparation & Policy
Please arrive with clean skin (no oils, lotions, or makeup on treatment areas). Clients under [your age limit] must have parental consent. I reserve the right to refuse service if necessary.
